About the boat.
The boat is a 16 foot Corsair, with a main, jib, spinnaker and swing centreboard. It’s the perfect training vessel for the tidal estuaries and rivers around the Northern Rivers in NSW.
Matt has set up his boat and programs so that he is onboard as skipper and instructor, ideally verbally guiding the crew, that to be sailing the boat and learning whilst doing so. In this way Matt is completely available in every moment for the students onboards, present to pick up on learning opportunities or pass on his experience and love of the wind and water.
